The goal of the Grant is to improve the quality of life within Woodbury and surrounding community areas. The proposed projects must support the overall purpose of the WJWC, which is to promote our common interests in education, philanthropy, public health and welfare, moral values, civics, conservation and fine arts. Grant recipients must be non-partisan, non-sectarian, and non-profit. The monetary value of the Grant shall be determined annual based on available funds for such proposed projects.
Previous recipients of the Grant include Flanders Nature Center, Woodbury Public Library, Pomperaug River Watershed Coalition, The Glebe House, Woodbury Parks & Recreation, and the Woodbury Historical Society.

The deadline for submission is April 30, 2025.
